Game night Zombicide

Had a couple of work buddies over for some introduction to tabletop wargames, and boardgames. Started out slowly with some Zombicide.

This is not a Test

This was our first test run for This is not a test (TNT), the Fallout- wasteland skirmish miniatures game from World End Publishing and written by Joseph McGuire.

 

This was the board setup with the homemade terrain I made and the wife painted.

Rad Roach and a couple of rats I painted up for the hazards of the wastes. They are miniatures from the Reaper Bones collection.

Last round of the game and 3 of my 5 warband crewmembers guns jammed , what an ending!!

Hut hut hut hut hut...

Quonset Huts !! My wife bought me a huge roll of corrugated cardboard from Michaels , and I have been loving this stuff. From metal roofs to these huts, the possibilities are limitless!

Wasteland HQ and Warband Complete

Finished the wasteland HQ (with the wife's help) she painted about 95% of it for me. I think it's a great start for our first game of This is Not a Test tomorrow.

First batch of post apocalypse terrain is complete. not to bad for a couple days work and some trash.



Late night update

Got all the terrain base coated and drying , while I was waiting for them to dry I built another lookout / headquarters building.



Now We wait...

For the glue to dry... Sand and rocks are glued on and drying.  I am going to test out some paint I picked up off of a kickstarter last year from Game Décor Paintworks on the base of the terrain.
